March 10 - Guilderland finished the 2011 - 2012 wrestling season with a 13 -5 record and a 4th place finish at the Class A's. Sophomore Josh Logiudice and Seniors Jimmy McLoughlin and Mike McGill paced the Dutchmen with finals appearances.
Ten Guilderland wrestlers advanced to
the State Qualifiers, ultimately placing four. The team was led by
Josh Logiudice and Mike McGill, who each placed 3rd in the 2-day
tournament. Also placing were Jimmy McLoughlin (4th) and Michael
Lainhart (5th).

March 10 - Guilderland wrapped up the 2012 season with
their annual banquet this past Friday. All enjoyed the end of year
festivities and celebrated a job well done.
Sophomore Josh Loguidice took home top honors, as he claimed the team's
Most Outstanding Wrestler Award. Logiudice finished the season a
member of 30-win club and scored the most team points for the Dutchmen.
Logiudice reached the finals of the Class A Tournament and took home 3rd
place accolades at the State Qualifier. He is the first
underclassmen to win this award in nearly 20 years - congratulations
Josh!
